Happy August to all our Revitalize patients!

Here’s a “Quick Refresher” on some logistics to help you get your refills as quickly as possible and stay in contact with us! We hope that these tips and tricks will help make your care with us easy and efficient!

How To Get Prescription Refills The fastest and easiest way to get your prescriptions refilled is to contact your pharmacy directly and request a refill, even if your prescription says that there are no refills pending. The pharmacy will send our office an electronic refill request that we review daily. The pharmacy should then contact you to confirm that the prescription was filled. Please note that it can take up to 72 business hours for your request to be completed, so please plan accordingly. Refills for controlled substances (i.e. testosterone) will only be dispensed by the pharmacy when 80% of the prescription is used. This is a legal requirement. Requesting your refill at the 80% mark ensures that you will not run out of your prescription before you are able to get your refill. All other refills can be requested within 2 weeks of running out.

How to Contact Revitalize

We do our best to help you stay in contact with your provider and our team. There are 3 ways to contact our office:

1. Text– We provide our patients with the option to text our office number; (801)999.8252. While texting this number is fast and convenient, it is not HIPAA-compliant or private. All Revitalize staff and providers have access to the text queue. Texts will be answered within 72 business hours by a member of our staff.

2. Phone Call– Patients are also welcome to call the office with any questions or concerns. Our phones are open Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 4:00, and Fridays from 8:00 – 1:00. Feel free to leave a voicemail and we will return your call ASAP.

3. Emailinfo@revitalizemedicalsolutions.com

If you have a question that can only be answered by your provider, we will forward your message to them and they will respond within 72 office hours.
