Alison Blake MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Alison Blake, FNP, graduated with her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Westminster University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has over 20 years of Medical Experience.

Since graduating Alison has gone on to obtain training in Fertility and Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy along with training in PRP treatments and Pellet therapy.

Alison has a passion for providing patient health and wellness and for helping patients feel their optimal self. She loves working in functional medicine and the opportunity to teach and empower patients in their healthcare journey through patient education, medical treatment, and lifestyle changes.

Alison enjoys spending time with family and friends. She likes traveling, watching movies, outdoor activities, and new adventures.
