Nicole Kelly, PA-C

Nikki started her medical career in 2006 as a surgical tech while getting her BS in Exercise Science. In 2014, she received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah, which is the 2nd most prestigious PA program in the nation.

Nikki’s first job as a PA was in hormone replacement, where she fell in love with the impact it has on patients’ quality of life and longevity. She has since completed thousands of hours of specialized training and continuing medical education in bioidentical hormones and longevity medicine, and has been practicing in this field since 2014.

In 2016, she started Revitalize to be able to offer the highest and most comprehensive level of patient care possible. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, podcast listener and nerd about all things related to health and wellness. She also enjoys traveling and being a mom to her three kids.
