We are happy to announce that we have welcomed a new provider to our team,

Sally Epperson!

Sally Epperson FNP-C

Sally Epperson is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has been working in primary care for the past 8 years, and is passionate about the delivery of affordable, comprehensive, and quality healthcare, with a focus on improving patients’ quality of life.

She has over 25 years of clinical experience in the medical field, with a focus on cardiology, pulmonology, case management, gerontology, and most recently, family practice. She values each patient and the expertise and unique perspective they provide in directing their healthcare needs and goals. She is committed to individualized attention, patient education, and timely follow-up to achieve goals of care and quality outcomes.

She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Utah Nurse Practitioner Association, Utah Nursing Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her family (which includes her 2 dogs), being outdoors, and traveling.

Sally is now accepting new patients!
