Nikki Kelly, PA-C
Nikki received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah in 2014, with an emphasis in dermatology, plastic surgery, and head and neck cancers. She received her BS from Utah Valley University in Exercise Science and was a surgical technician for six years while attending school.
Nikki's first job as a PA was in hormone replacement. She has been practicing hormones, functional medicine and aesthetics ever since. She has also attended over 200 hours of specialized hormone and aesthetics training.
Nikki loves the difference that hormone replacement can make in patients' quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, ballroom dance, and traveling.
Michelle Diehl, APRN, FNP-BC
Michelle received both her Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah in 2001 and 2005, respectively. While attending graduate school, she worked as an ICU nurse. She graduated at the top of her class, receiving the "Outstanding Master's Student" award.
Michelle has 7 years of experience in the field of Eating Disorders. Prior to that, she worked as a clinical adjunct faculty member at BYU in the Nurse Practitioner program, and in the area of workman's compensation. She is very passionate about finding and researching natural and holistic ways to help her patient's achieve optimal health. She values putting the patient first, and developing a plan with the patient, to ensure they feel and fuction at their best. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team that allows her to treat "the whole person".
As a former college athlete, Michelle has never given up her love for volleyball and plays whenever she can. She also loves spending time with friends and family, having game nights, good conversation, and any activity involving connection and laughter.
Kecia Chandler, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kecia was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She attended Oregon Health Sciences University, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She practiced many years of her nursing career in Women’s Health and Labor and Delivery.
She got her Master’s degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program from the University of Southern Indiana. She has been in Utah seven years. She loves having family close and the beautiful scenery Utah has to offer.
Her favorite part of being a part of the Revitalize team is helping patients improve their quality of life. In her free time, she loves spending time in the sun, visiting beaches, and spending time with her three kids and puppy.
Patient Care Coordinator
Lori has a passion for BHRT and loves sharing her own experience of hormone treatment with our patients. Ensuring that our patients get the best care possible is her top priority.
Before coming to Revitalize, Lori worked as a cosmetologist. She loved the relationships she developed with her clients, and loves that she gets to continue doing so with our patients.
When Lori is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. Her favorite activities include workouts at the gym, hiking, fishing, and playing tennis!
Front Desk Reception
Ariea runs the front desk. She will usually be the one answering the phone and checking you in.
Ariea is from Salt lake City and is attending Salt Lake Community College, working towards a BA in Sociology. She enjoys finding and connecting with people. She is one of the happiest and most positive people you will meet.
In her spare time she enjoys going to yoga, traveling, and hiking the trails throughout Utah.
Shauna Kelly-Ward has committed her entire career to help people live positive, healthy lives. She is currently our New Patient Coordinator where she enjoys helping new patients begin their journey looking & feeling their best.
Shauna has a BA in Interpersonal Communications. She taught at Utah Valley University, launched two successful businesses dedicated to helping women be confident & self-reliant as a certified Life Coach. In addition to working at Revitalize Medical Solutions, she is self-employed as a communications trainer for private businesses.
Shauna loves pickleball, reading psychological thrillers & is a DIY remodel specialist. Painting with watercolor, acrylics, & oil is her most recent creative endeavor. She is married, has 5 children & 7 grandkids, with one on the way. Shauna is one of our patients who has benefited tremendously from our individualized program. She looks & feels much younger than her age. Her goal is to remain active & beat her grandkids at pickleball.
Jeffrey Nelson, DO
Jeffrey S. Nelson, D.O., graduated with a B.S. in human biology from BYU & then received his D.O. from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency in family medicine at St Louis University Hospital in St Louis, MO & Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, IL. He practiced family medicine & aerospace medicine in Germany from 2004 to 2010 for the United States Air Force & managed the NASA space shuttle emergency medical response team in Europe.
Dr. Nelson is board certified in family medicine & has been focusing on evidence-based anti-aging medicine & bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for the past several years.
