Nikki Kelly, PA-C
Nikki received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah in 2014, with an emphasis in dermatology, plastic surgery, and head and neck cancers. She received her BS from Utah Valley University in Exercise Science and was a surgical technician for six years while attending school.
Nikki's first job as a PA was in hormone replacement. She has been practicing hormones, functional medicine and aesthetics ever since. She has also attended over 200 hours of specialized hormone and aesthetics training.
Nikki loves the difference that hormone replacement can make in patients' quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, ballroom dance, and traveling.
Michelle Diehl, APRN, FNP-BC
Michelle received both her Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah in 2001 and 2005, respectively. While attending graduate school, she worked as an ICU nurse. She graduated at the top of her class, receiving the "Outstanding Master's Student" award.
Michelle has 7 years of experience in the field of Eating Disorders. Prior to that, she worked as a clinical adjunct faculty member at BYU in the Nurse Practitioner program, and in the area of workman's compensation. She is very passionate about finding and researching natural and holistic ways to help her patient's achieve optimal health. She values putting the patient first, and developing a plan with the patient, to ensure they feel and fuction at their best. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team that allows her to treat "the whole person".
As a former college athlete, Michelle has never given up her love for volleyball and plays whenever she can. She also loves spending time with friends and family, having game nights, good conversation, and any activity involving connection and laughter.
Rebecca Roy, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kecia Chandler, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kecia was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She attended Oregon Health Sciences University, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She practiced many years of her nursing career in Women’s Health and Labor and Delivery.
She got her Master’s degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program from the University of Southern Indiana. She has been in Utah seven years. She loves having family close and the beautiful scenery Utah has to offer.
Her favorite part of being a part of the Revitalize team is helping patients improve their quality of life. In her free time, she loves spending time in the sun, visiting beaches, and spending time with her three kids and puppy.
Front Desk Reception
Debbie runs the front desk. She will usually be the one answering the phone and checking you in.
Debbie is from Cedar City, Utah. She attended Southern Utah where she received her BA in Education. She enjoys meeting new people and loves being able to help patients. She is involved in her communitiy, she is on teh PTA Board, Community Council and is helps with Alpine Days.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out at the gym, spending time with family, playing and watching sports, and traveling..
Krista has loved being a part of the Revitalize team! She really enjoys getting to know patients during lab draws, and her goal is to make everyone smile.
Krista enjoys one on one interaction. She has been doing hair for many years, and also teaches piano lessons. She loves to learn and wants to do her best to improve the lives of others.
During Krista's free time she loves spending time with her husband and children. With 3 children and 4 step-children, she definitely has enough to keep her busy. She also has a love for singing and acting and has been a part of many productions over the years.
Patient Care Coordinator
Lori has a passion for BHRT and loves sharing her own experience of hormone treatment with our patients. Ensuring that our patients get the best care possible is her top priority.
Before coming to Revitalize, Lori worked as a cosmetologist. She loved the relationships she developed with her clients, and loves that she gets to continue doing so with our patients.
When Lori is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. Her favorite activities include workouts at the gym, hiking, fishing, and playing tennis!
